Noted, though- Is the attack supposed to be like that? By that, I mean I'm able to spam it and will never be hit by any enemies ever. It doesn't even slow me down. Other than that though, I will enthusiastically wait for this game!
Dang it! In this current state the game is already a masterpiece, so I cant wait to see the final results! ^^
Also, just seeing how you can combine moves and objects to "parkour" around the test map makes me see how satisfying the gameplay in this is, and how much fun it will be to traverse around the maps when the game is finish! ^^
I love the game, and the fight is so much fun, I only have a few things i'd like to see differently.
first off, I feel the sword is a bit too forgiving, for example when you are doing the ocarina of time reflect, timing is almost absent, I was able to complete both sections of reflecting by just spamming m1, maybe just reduce the hitbox on the front of Billie, or make the projectiles move faster? I also noticed hitting the minions is also too easy, like you hit them behind you, though I do understand that since the boss fight is meant to focus on the platforming, and forcing you to aim your swings as well may become a but overwhelming.
and the second and last thing I noticed, is that the shark plays almost no part in the fight, which I don't love, it never came into play for me, but a cool mechanic I think would be if throughout the fight, if the shark dove out and broke more of the map forcing the player to have to avoid more shark holes, it could also be cool if the shark jumped out of the water to attempt to crush the player, I think that could be fun.
Other than these the game if just amazing, keep up the great work and you have my purchase when the game comes out. Best wishes.
This is one of my favorite games I ever played its very good and I love the music I would help fund this game but I am broke so the people who help fund it deserve blessings
don't worry I'm not saying like you should not say that I'm just saying he should not get angry from the game just because you know there's some glitches or issue just like you know tell them what the problem is and they will fix it and not get angry and insulting the game (I know he didn't insult it)
heya, just thought to mention this, but the game just crashes every time i launch it, i play on laptop and it should just run, might wanna check that out
when it opens to the title screen, you should try to open the settings and turn down the graphics and the effects, it might help! that's what i did when i downloaded it back from the steam version of the build in the summer. i hope this is helpful! (:
this game looks and sounds so good! i heard 'ive had enough of you' on spotify a while ago and just now have i actually looked up the game and im super excited for it! your efforts for accessibility are great too. just a small (kinda) problem: there isnt an option to change the controls and its really messing up my ability to play :[ i cannot use wasd for the life of me (literally, in this case :P ) and it means i still cant beat the boss battle. id really like at least an option to change wasd to arrow keys. otherwise, this is such a great game and im loving it already!!
okay so i actually ended up beating it a couple tries after posting this. incredibly cool boss fight and the cutscenes are great. just. so amazing all around :thumbsup: incredibly excited!!!
One word. YES! Edit: some of the mechanics are wayyyyy to OP tho. Others just seem broken. Like for example you can chain many things to the dodge that just make your dodge like 10ft. long. I would say maybe limit the amount of times you can do things in a certain amount of time, and make sure that combo chains cant get to insane. like the aformentioned string was a press of two buttons. It needs A LOT of play testing, but damn you cant argue the overall quality.
